Submitting software or providing a full NFR (Not for Resale) license key guarantees that your application will be considered for review (although this is never guaranteed). Any item considered for review will never be guaranteed a positive review, specific star rating or inclusion in top-list roundups. All evaluations are completely independent and based on real-world hands-on testing by the site editor.
Testing Lead Time:
Standard editorial reviews are conducted thoroughly on realistic hardware environments which are representative to the setups a typical PC user might use. Evaluation times can vary throughout the year and typically depend on the time of year, my current testing queue and the complexity of the software to be assessed.
